The Speaker targets the message to the audience all the time, the message he wants to deliver is a motivational speech. I guess, that the technique he use was an impromptu speech. He used to give the motivational message of his experience and values .The video I choose was only the voice, and he did not interact with the audience. I saw few videos of Jim Rohn because I like to hear him, I think he was a smart man, but in other videos, he did not adjust the topic to meet the audience expectation, he go directly to the point he want to express and the message he wants to deliver.
